We are excited to be making significant upgrades to our 2017 DC trip! With a roundtrip flight, we'll avoid a 24+ roundtrip bus ride! We'll also be staying in DC within walking distance of the Metro (which we'll use for transportation) instead of staying in the distant suburbs. Please see the following for more information and important forms!
First, you must fill out all required information at the following link to a Google Form. This will be used by our travel agent (MCT Travel & Events) to fill out required spreadsheets for the airline and hotel reservations.
Second, the deadline is Tuesday, 5-September, to register for the trip. To reserve a spot, you must call MCT Travel & Events at either 470-258-8248 or 470-202-9254 and make a $75 non-refundable deposit (secures airlines ticket price). The cost has increased slightly to $675, so all remaining payments will be $150 still as quoted at our meeting.
